The bull that is one of the most popular concessions in the world. The 'El Toro' is a 3 horse-power, heavy-duty machine with variable bucking speeds, from 90 jumps a minute down to 50, and with variable spin that runs, in the words of one old top hand, from "too darn fast" to "darn slow".
